My daily vegetarian diet plan



6:40: Warm water with fresh lemon juice
6:50: Red tea with no sugar and 5 digestive biscuits, or 1 kiwi with sheeps yoghurt, muesly and chia seeds.

8:00: Pea protein with coconut milk and water

11h two home made pancakes from porridge flour and egg whites

13h Can vary betweek vegetable and lentil lasagne, mexican style vegetables with dried soja and whole grain rice, sometimes with a whey protein shake after lunch.

16 or 17h: banana and a yoghurt or some whole grain biscuits

21h: vegetables and seitan, vegetables with tofu, ... bulgur, quinoa...
